![]() ![]() Ultimately, about half of the project is good, but most of the other tracks suffer in any given manner. There isn’t anything on the project that has any lyrical significance, and some songs just feel like duds. Although the project has a consistent sound thanks to Metro’s production, a lot of the verses feel rushed. While the lead single, “Pull Up N Wreck,” dropped a month before, not hinting that this would be a full-scale album. The project was announced only a week before it came out. It was to be thought that the days of horrible Big Sean punchlines were over, but nightmares of Finally Famous came rushing back. As a Big Sean fan, I was excited, because, since Dark Sky Paradise, Sean has matured as an artist. On Friday, December 8th, Big Sean dropped his joint project with Metro Boomin titled Double or Nothing. ![]()
